Dan Myers is a graduate of Rowan University’s Maynard Ferguson School of Jazz and after having earned his Bachelors of Music in Jazz Studies on saxophone he turned his attention to pursuing a career in education.
Dan began his career as a music educator working in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where he spent seven years working at Nativity of Our Lord in Warminster teaching elementary general music, instrumental music, children’s choir, and musical theater. In 2017 he began working in the Central Bucks School district and is currently the Band Director and Stage Crafter at Unami Middle School in Chalfont PA.
In the summer of 2018 he received his Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.
When he isn’t teaching or performing here at FPCA you can find him out enjoying time with his wife Lisa and their three little ones.
